I am super proud that you have decided to research mental health journaling prompts! This list will help you take your journaling to the next level! 

Writing out your feelings and emotions helps to manage your mental health and improves your ability to be mindful.

Name three things you are grateful for today

Manifest all the things you would like in your life

What does your dream life look like?

What do you need to get off of your mind?

What behaviors do you need to quit today?

How did you manage your mental health today

What did you do for self care today

What does your support system look like? 

Tell about your best day so far this month!

How did you fight low moods today?

What advice would you give to the person you were last year?

What are your mental health goals for the month?

Write out 25 affirmations for the day

How do you deal with your anger?

List the ways that you deal with anxiety

Write a letter to your mental illness and explain your emotions

Are you good at requesting your emotions? Why or why not?

What have you achieved this month so far?

Are you in therapy? Why or why not? Is it helping?

What is your best personality? Do you display it often?

Create a mental health bucket list!

How do you face your fears?

Describe how you developed your fears. How would life be without fears?

Do your fears keep you from experiencing life?

Make a plan to get rid of your fears this year.

What could encourage you to detox from social media?

Do you need to detox any people from your life? 

How are your boundaries? What could you do to make them better?

Rate your day from 1-10. Why not higher?

How well do you manage your mental health and relationships?

Do your friendships drain you or add positivity to your life?

How can you improve your relationships?

How can you make your friendships better?

What are your favorite things to do with your friends?

What are your go to coping skills? Do they always work?

How can you improve yourself?

How can you improve your mental health?

How can you improve your career?

How can you improve your physical health and wellness?

How would you like someone to describe you?

What are your favorite motivational activities?

What are your favorite books?

What is on your calming playlist and why?

Where is your safe space? Why does it bring you peace?

Are you comfortable in your home? How can you improve it?

What does your sleep routine look like? How do you unwind for the night?

What is your morning routine? 

Start your day with affirmations and positive thoughts. Write them out!

What do you love about you?

How would you rate your self esteem? What would you change about yourself?

What is your most beautiful feature?

What do you base your beauty standards on?

What are 15  things you do well?

When do you feel at peace the most?

Do you meditate? Why or why not?

How do you practice self awareness?

How do you counter negative thoughts about yourself?

How can you do better about taking care of myself?

How well do you manage your time? Do you make time for self care?

What does your self care routine look like?
