Aromatherapy: The different smells of oils are likely to lighten anyone’s mood. Lavender is my personal favorite as it is soothing and known to lighten the air. Peppermint is also great for clearing the airways and clearing a stuffy room!

  1. I love this post . You’re right people do not think about these kind of gifts. They are perfect . I know I would be happy if someone brought me lavender or a book.
