As a new mental health blogger I struggled with finding mental health writing prompts.
I also noticed that there were limited mental health writing prompts for journaling– which made no sense.
I have provided journaling prompts before to support your mental health and now I will like to provide writing prompts for blogging!
Get your copy of the Self Care Workbook by my friend Jen for only $10! The workbook is over 15 pages of self care printable downloads to take your routine to the next level!
On different occasions, holidays, celebrations etc. there are topics more popular than others.
Fortunately, mental health encompasses a person’s entire well being, so it is sort of hard to forget or not research. There are individuals who struggle more during the holidays or on the anniversary of life events however this does not deter from the need to discuss the importance of mental health each day.

The reasons listed above are why I wanted to help out others specifically other mental health bloggers by providing mental health writing prompts.
Mental health bloggers can also check out my Mental Health Blogger Guide for hints and tips to start a mental health blog.

Hi, Jess! How are you?
Thanks for these great prompts. Here lately, I’ve just been feeling uninspired to write and kind of stuck for ideas. I know that I’m not alone in this with all of the recent overwhelm going on. Yet, mental health care and overall awareness is a topic we need to keep at the forefront of our minds. People are suffering everywhere and it does no one any good to keep it hidden. We need each other. We need to be sharing our stories now more than ever to let people know they’re not alone!
Thank you again for these quality prompts. They will help me, and others, re-open the conversation of looking after our entire selves. Afterall, we matter! Sending love and gratitude to you. Hope the rest of your week and weekend is extra blessed!
